Step 1: Prepare the AeroPress:

a. Place a paper filter in the AeroPress cap and attach it to the bottom of the brewing chamber.

b. Rinse the filter with hot water to eliminate any paper taste and preheat the AeroPress.

Step 2: Add Coffee:

a. Stand the AeroPress on a sturdy mug or carafe.

b. Add the coffee grounds to the brewing chamber. 15-20g

Step 3: Add Water:

a. Pour hot water over the coffee grounds, saturating them evenly. Use about 1.5 to 2 times the weight of the coffee grounds (e.g., 15-20g of coffee would require 22.5-30g of water).

b. Stir the coffee-water mixture with the stirring stick for about 10 seconds.

Step 4: Attach the Plunger:

a. Wet the rubber part of the plunger and insert it into the brewing chamber.

b. Press down slightly to create a seal.

Step 5: Brew:

a. Let the coffee steep for about 1 to 2 minutes, depending on your preference for strength.

b. After the steeping time, slowly press the plunger down until you hear a hissing sound.

Step 6: Serve:

a. Carefully remove the AeroPress from the mug or carafe.

b. Dilute the coffee with hot water or milk if desired.

Step 7: Clean Up:

a. Remove the cap and push the plunger to eject the coffee grounds and filter.

b. Rinse the AeroPress components with warm water.
